Natural orange wine with zero oenological intervention. Fermented with natural yeasts in 800lt clay amphora. Unfiltered, with little to no sulphites. Medium orange in colour ,particular aromatic profile of quince, watercress, apricot and orange peel which make up a complex aromatic bouquet. Flavourful robust body, with mild tannins and refreshing acidity.
