MUSCAT OF ALEXANDRIA - ORGANIC WINE

VINIFICATION / MATURATION

Produced with the closed tank method (CUVE CLOSE). We carry out the first alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures of 15-17C., for about 10-12 days. Fermentation with Native Wild Yeasts. After this we carry out the second alcoholic fermentation in a closed tank (after inoculation) to obtain the desired pressure and foaming.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

An intensely aromatic sparkling wine with a rich, fresh nose where, through refreshing bubbles, aromas of lime, banana, apricot, with floral aromas of flowers and citrus fruits are released. With intense effervescence and long bubble duration.

Medium volume in the mouth, with balanced acidity, intense fruity taste and good length of finish.

Ideal aperitif or welcome drink to accompany fruit and light appetizers.
